About
I am Mst. Sumaiya Pervin, a microbiologist with strong academic and industry experience in virology, immunology, and vaccine development. I hold a Master’s in Microbiology from Bangladesh Agricultural University, where my thesis focused on Lumpy Skin Disease Virus. Professionally, I have worked as an Officer, R&D (Vaccine Division) at Incepta Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and currently serve as a Senior Officer, R&D (Vaccine Division) at Healthcare Formulations Ltd. My expertise spans molecular techniques, cell culture, antigen characterization, and vaccine formulation. I aspire to pursue a PhD in Immunology/Virology to explore host–pathogen interactions and interferon biology, with the long-term goal of contributing to innovative vaccines and antiviral strategies.
